The module is included for all connected businesses and costs nothing extra today. It shows staff and hours worked — never bookings or orders.
Add staff and see the day
You add staff by inviting an existing account, give each one a role as owner, manager or staff, and set up schedules. Staff tap «Clock in» and «Clock out» under «My working hours» in the app, and you as owner see «Staff today».
Payroll data for your own payroll processing
You choose a pay model per person and approve one payroll basis per month, which is exported as CSV or PAXml to the business's own payroll system. SeeYouSoon handles no payroll and pays no wages — the business does that. The cash register opens later.

Publish and update your catalogue via CSV import or directly in the supplier portal with dimensions, season, EU tyre labels (fuel efficiency, wet grip and noise), stock levels and net partner prices.
Direct invoicing and fixed monthly fee
SeeYouSoon charges 0% commission on the tyre supplier's orders, and neither workshops, car washes nor their customers pay any order fee to us. The tyre supplier pays the same fixed monthly fee as other connected businesses: SEK 299/month excl. VAT (the first 3 months free and no lock-in period), and you invoice the ordering workshop or car wash directly.
